Material is consistent with AISI 1021 - 1045 or equivalent steel that conforms to the following: Carbon - 55% minimum, Magnesium - 30% minimum, Sulfur - .05% maximum. Core Hardness on sizes 1/4 - 5/8 at Rockwell C24-32, size 3/4 at Rockwell C26-34.
