These drills, also known as sheeter drills or twin-end drills, have flutes and cutting points on both ends. 135º split point helps to avoid "walking" by allowing the drill to penetrate immediately. The short flute and overall length provide increased rigidity. Used primarily in machine shops, body shops and fab shops for drilling screw and rivet holes in thin sheet metal, aluminum and plastics.
